It's a made up game to help fund the Crossfit "revolution".
I wouldn't compete in it even if I could. There's a lot of high impact moves that could injure you big time. It's not controlled like an Olympic weightlifting or powerlifting meet. I would rather do strongman competitions.

Crossfit for the average person is just circuit training with terrible form
