I've officially gotten . I've gained too much weight in the past two years, clothes getting tighter. I had to get a new belt yesterday . Im 230 5'11, want to get to 205 as soon as possible. I lifted for 4 years but stopped and honestly it was just glamor muscles, arms and chest. But due to this I still have a solid frame.
I got a workout plan from boy who plays d2 football, its there off season workout regime. I figured it was a good start.

I hate being in the gym all day so I'll try to superset atleast 4 workouts a day.
Do you think this is a good workout to lose weight?
Obviously i need cardio, tried elliptical which was cool had a heart rate around 160 for 10 mins to start workout 10 to finish. I think I can do something more intense for that 20 mins though to lose calories. Need Advice

I LIKE TO DRINK, which is the driving reason for my weight gain. i need to figure out how to incorporate this in my diet plan.
