Critique my progress so far brehs..no homo tho.. been lifting since 2010
Came from a skinny 5'8 132lbs to 161 lbs
Still a working progress
I know my chest needs more work, for some reason i cant seem to bring out the lower chest..no matter how many dips or decline I do..
