what are the side effects

i lift weights (simple exercises) however i dont think i made much progress with no xplode im trying to find out if you can somehow stack the two

Creatine is harmless and extremely helpful unless u go overboard. If ur trying to gain mass, 5 grams of creatine should be in ur diet.

Check with ur doctor before. If u don't have any liver or kidney problems u should be good. I used to fukk wit it when I was lifting seriously. U just gotta drink a lot of water all day every day, even days u don't lift. And u really gotta do ab work and torso twists, or u gonna form a gut.

Two studies in the 90s questioned their combined benefit.
