Okay...I've never taken creatine and yes, I have used Google to seek out an answer to this question, but I want the facts straight from my brehs here.

I want to purchase creatine and I'm cutting. My only concern is bloating. Have any of y'all experienced creatine bloat or have any of you taken creatine on a cut. If so, drop the gems here please.:ld:

we had this discussion in the last creatine thread.

I've experienced bloating, stay hydrated and it shouldnt be a problem. You may gain some weight from your muscles retaining water (I'm sure you read that) I've been off of it for a week now, and still havent dropped any weight or strength.

Maybe I did it right this time :yeshrug:

If you can afford it, and want to avoid bloat. Take kre-alkalyn

if you are doing everything else right i dont see why you wouldnt use creatine :manny:

even with water bloat, its not fat gain. and increased strength/capacity in the gym means better lifts which in turn means more muscle spared should you have everything else in check

I'd rather not risk the bloating. Even though I do drink tons of water. When I took it last year it had me lookin like uncle Phil in the face.

Got you, I've been on it for 2 or 3 months & I haven't bloated yet, hope it stays that way.

No bloating thus far with this. I'm actually losing weight and keeping my muscle.

for me not only does it swell up my muscles (a good thing) but it also swells up my fat (a bad thing). I def wouldn't do it on a cut. You'll smooth out on it and look less defined.
