I've probably lifted weights 8 or 9 times in the last 4 months. @diggy came through with the creatine Hcl :salute: hopefully this can help me get back on track quickly

Starting out at 215 lbs

Will be lifting 4 days a week

Tuesday: Chest+Back+Arms
Wednesday: Legs+Shoulders
Friday: Chest+back+arms
Sunday: Legs+Shoulders

Did Chest/Back/Arms today

Bodyweight Pullups: 9/8/7
DB Incline: 80X10 90X8 95X6
Flat DB: 80X10 90X8 95X4
Hammer Strength Row 3 sets
Pec Deck 3 sets
Lat Pulldown 2 sets
Seated row 2 sets
Barbell Curls 3 sets
Tricep pushdown

I hadn't been eating the last few days and I'm still tired from flying so I was surprised by how much energy I had. Seems like the creatine is doing what it's supposed to do.

this creatine is great. not sure if it's mental, but i've been sick the last few weeks and i still have lots of energy for my workouts. i'm anxious to see what i can do once i get rid of this cold.

strength is going back up. i'm doing chest/back twice a week, not sure if the shorter recovery time lowers the amount of weight i can move, but i'm hoping to be able to use those 115 lb dumbells on the incline press by the time i run out.

i haven't had a leg workout with squats yet because i've been playing basketball more. i planned on doing legs twice a week, don't know if i can since i'll be in a league on wednesday and saturday.

this creatine gives your teeth a weird feeling, but the taste isn't bad if you drink it with juice. theres no water retention at all.

Hopefully you get better soon, seems everyone is sick as hell right now. I'm glad its working out for you. The teeth issue, I never noticed it at all. I used if for about 2 weeks before I started my diet.

yeah i notice the teeth thing every time. it's not as bad if you do it with juice, but when i take it with water i hate it

man, everybody is sick. when im doing my lifts sometimes phlegm just shoots up my chest when im pushing and i gotta stop to spit :smh: had a real bad sore throat so that was irritating to when you exert energy

seems like its going away though

You can try mucinex or bronkaid to get rid of the congestion

I actually mixed my creatine with aminos, agmatine and pwo so maybe that's as to why and I usually just shoot it down. Ill try it on its own and see if I notice it. What does the teeth thing feel like? Tingle or something?

did chest/back on wednesday, legs and shoulders on thursday.

i think the creatine is helping because i'm a little under the weather/not well rested and im making it through the workouts just fine

i do chest and back tomorrow so im anxious to see how the workout goes after 8 or 9 hours of sleep.

@diggy, when i stir the creatine more "vigorously" (i think thats the word they use on the bottle) i don't feel anything happening to my teeth...

did back and chest yesterday

hit 100X 7 and 110X4 on the db incline press
tried weighted pullups for the first time in a while, did 3 sets of +25X5
never realized that i had been doing my seated rows wrong :lolbron:

hit legs today, took it easy because i just did them on thursday....the legs twice a week thing isnt gonna work because of playing basketball 2-3 times a week. im just going to have to let sunday be my leg day and thursday be all shoulders.
