I've probably lifted weights 8 or 9 times in the last 4 months. @diggy came through with the creatine Hcl hopefully this can help me get back on track quickly

I hadn't been eating the last few days and I'm still tired from flying so I was surprised by how much energy I had. Seems like the creatine is doing what it's supposed to do.
