oatmeal, frozen berries, coconut oil, almond butter, and whey....blend all that up

repeat x2 - x3 depending on how much you blend at a time

pasta, rice, beans, nuts (:dame:), and seeds in between for variation

edit: you can get all this done for under $65/ week

2 cups of rice (cooked in chicken stock), Cheese,Grilled chopped Chicken and Steak, veggies
