How it reads is that him and another driver who saw her hit him followed and had the police on the phone reporting her. They didnt go in her house, driveway or near her. They stayed on the public roads and she came from her house and aimed a gun at people on a public street.
And she didnt have to hit him with her car or, or flee the scene or try to shoot someone and get her own damn self shot. I dont care either.

What youre calling a "retreat" is actually felony fleeing in most states. And this is DURING the committing of a crime of attempting to run him over. This wasnt even a hit and run. He shouldnt if the story is true. He had every right to follow her. She committed a crime against him and fled the scene, then she pulled a firearm on him. She cant say it was in self defense from being followed when she was the person who committed a crime in the first place. Him pulling his gun was done in self defense.
