A local supplier here scaled up immediately and is now delivering its product in multiple states when it was a Vegas restaurant only supplier like 6 weeks ago. “Can’t be done” though according to you. There’s options to get plenty of meat. I have posted the site in this very thread. You can get stuff shipped from a local Vegas company with millions of dollars of meat in cold storage all the way up in Seattle “but they can’t scale up.” So yea, do what you wanna do.
