So im tryin to get my current gf a lil more into vgs. After a night of basically destroying her in a game i dont know that much about (MK9, PS3) :whew:
what are some other good games for couples?

This is all a plan to get her more into multiplayer gaming so she doesn't rag on me for "playing too much" :heh:

fighting games can be frustrating if you're whippin her ass constantly...

maybe try some trivia shyt like you don't know jack...good for laughs and evens the playing field because its more about wit than combo button pushes...me and the dude play that...jeopardy on the wii....family fued on ps3 and other like games

also try games you can both "play" by taking turns....l.a. noire was a wonderful experience for me and the dude cuz im all about taking my time to explore and survey the scene and he's action jackson...so we worked together each night ...i would search for clues and do the slueth stuff...and he handled all the side jobs and action stuff....and we enjoyed spending the time together ...it was like a virtual date each night

does she know how to play shooters or think it's interesting? teach her how to play...make her a ps3 account and if she gets halfway serious about choppin folks down then ya'll can play together split screen or cop her a new console and play that way...me and my dude play all the time together....we're in the same cod clan

If you're girl isn't a real gamer, Wii, Kinect, Trivia/Monopoly type of games are best. My girl tries to play some of the games I play every once in awhile, but she's :trash:.

The less button combinations they have to remember, the better.

Good suggestions. I actually had L.A. Noire in the deck but she wanted to play some MK9. Since you mentioned it, i do think she'll be into sluethin and im definitely bout that action. i'll try that tonight/the next time we play.

Was also thinkin bout coppin that WiiU for something new around the house. She's seen me play call of duty so when BLOPS2 comes out, we could get into that. :whew:

Dance Central, Kinect Adventures, Wii Sports, Zack and Wiki, anything thing that is point and click and motion. Button combination and anything that uses the camera stick is a no go. My girl tried to play a 1st person game and she looked drunk walking around the level. She couldn't comprehen one stick moves your legs, while the other moves you head. She constantly moved the controller left to move left :snoop:

:comeon: @ nikkas naming FPS as good games to start with.

Have you seen a girl try moving around for the first time with a dual analog setup?

That shyt is terrible. Camera just looking straight at the ground and shyt...

"How do I look? How do I go this way? How do you do this? How do you do that?"
