Unless its two/three parts or something it would be way too long. You can't leave out the temple parts and you cant speed through them but you also cant leave out things that happen outside the temples that made the game great.

and on top of all that you have to do it twice. once for young link and once for older link.

Not to mention you would have to give Navi a body...people aren't keen on disembodied voices anymore.

and how the fukk would you film the temples...you could do young link in one film perhaps...but the Forest, Fire and Water could be one film with the Shadow Spirit and final battles in another....either way it would be really difficult.

It would have to be a 13 part 1 hour series and even then that's pushing it. Really this is a testament to how epic OOT storyline was when you take it all in.

From the time you enter the tower all the way to Ganon's death would make for a fantastic movie ending.

But you'd have to go a Harry Potter-ish route to build the characters enough to care about their outcomes.

Temples would get repetitive on the big screen. Probably have to combine all the time sinks into fewer character developing moments.

I think Wind Waker would be a successful film at the box office. I can definitely see it marketed as a family film.

hell no, Zelda series has always been about gameplay, the game was fun to play thats where all the acclaim came from, not the garbage ass story that came with it

:scusthov: I give it props for being fan made but a live action film of Zelda would be straight cheese. It'd be much better in CGI, something like Advent Children.

When IGN dropped that trailer on there website about 10 years ago as a teaser for April Fools, I was literaly like...
:mindblown:

They really made it
:hula:

Then the April Fools part
