1) The Sahara use to be a green lush place, the aquifers are still supposedly full of water. Before Libya had its situation, they were building a massive man - made river to acquire and use that water for agriculture
2) The Western United States wouldn't exist without the damming and irrigation projects that allowed for residential and agricultural uses.
With that said,
the problem is always that humans tend to overconsume their underground water supply.....but maybe the video will show something else.
With that said....as shown several times up here, we can produce plentiful food 365 with
