I'm 6'1 and a career high 242 lbs. Lost all of my muscle tone. most of the fat is in my mid section. I feel guilty every time I pig out. I'm in my 30's which makes it worse. I can't go out like this.. Because of work and school i'm only getting 4 hours of sleep a day tops which is going to make it hard for me to lose weight but damn.. I got to do something.

maybe you can't workout that much, but you can definitely control your diet to some degree. you can lose a lot weight if you make good food choices. you lookin for some "coli guidance" on that?

maybe you can't workout that much, but you can definitely control your diet to some degree. you can lose a lot weight if you make good food choices. you lookin for some "coli guidance" on that?

Will power breh and laziness. I already know what to do. I keep putting that change off. I use to be a 6'1 188 lb vegan with 8% body fat. Now i'm pushing 250 looking:flabbynsick:

I look at former athletes and people in general and see them looking :flabbynsick: and I dont want to be looking like that when I'm in my 40's. I want to still be able to smash young chicks.

I was in your same boat breh, just start with small changes. Cut out the soda and fast foods. Buy a medicine ball in do a lil 15-30 minute workout before you start your day and before you go to bed. Check out the men's health ultimate medicine ball workout, helped get me on the right track.

I know how your feeling, I never had even the slightest hint of a gut until I hit my 30s now I just feel guilty of eating big and I don't wanna work out either

unless you know youre in a caloric deficit atkins wont make a difference :manny:

know what youre eating or youll get inconsistent results

I just came to this conclusion as well. I took pics of myself with no shirt on and yup I gotta hit the gym. Gonna get dead serious about this too. I was disgusted at myself when I saw the pics.

Realized how much bs bread ive eaten and how much eating what my family cooks sometimes isn't good for me. Also realized the flabbiness surrounding me mainly people I see when I'm working and how my father and uncles act like they good. Equating kinda fat and out of shape with healthy. :snoop: It's a wrap from now on. Serious change.
