this is fukked up and the sad part is the cop is defending his actions later in the video saying the guy reached for something. Not knowing English he safely moved towards the cop car thinking he was gonna be hand cuffed or put in the cop car as they do in Mexico quite often.

actually in mexico the cops want u to come to them and get cuffed near their vehicle and most times put in the car while they search your shyt. I've seen it plenty of times live and also experienced it once before.
It seems like every once in a while a cop somewhere is supposed to bust a cap on a little old blue haired White women just to make all of these bullshyt shootings look legit. .

I don't really understand the need for drawing the gun in this situation. Dude fukked up for not obeying orders but it doesn't make sense why they shot him when there was non-lethal ways to stop him.
