LiveLeak.com - Cops Kick Driver 5 Times - suffering from diabetic shock

A Las Vegas police officer is being investigated by a federal grand jury after he kicked a man in diabetic shock five times in the head during a traffic stop, it was revealed today.

Henderson police sergeant Brett Seekatz was caught on dashboard camera beating Adam Greene after he was dragged from his car in the controversial 2010 incident.

In the video, Greene was stopped by officers who said they thought he was driving drunk. The diabetic was in fact suffering from severe hyperglycemia while on his way to work.

Turns out the police officer didn't get demoted or punished in any form. Dude won a suit for $250,000 but you know damn well the police or union paid for that.

What a disgrace.

no matter how outraged we are, it will not matter. the cop thought he was being threatened and he acted to protect himself. case closed.

I'm not defending the cop, but this is one case not worth getting upset about. he will be found not guilty.

The man was having some sort of seizure and was being held down by 4 cops. The main cop that kicked the man on the head showed up towards the end while the person was already subdued.

yeah the kicks lent no assistance to the situation. Had he not kicked him things would have ended the same...minus the kicks of course.

They were just uncalled for. I would have actually supported them tazing him. At least that sorta makes sense.

Cop: "It appeared he was attempting to resist arrest, in an effort to secure the safety of myself and fellow officers i felt the best course of action was to use my tazer to immobilize him.

vs

Cop: He was struggling so i kicked him in the head. I didn't try to knock him out, more so just fuk him up a little. Knowing those kicks would do nothing but cause pain I opted for this over assisting the other 4 officers in restraining individual limbs.

the cop was in the wrong 100%.

I saw no other cops kicking dude like that.
