I don't know why dudes are stuck on Cookie Puss. It got over fast, trended and was relevant to Punk's whole ice cream movement.
The actual bad part was the naked tattooing.
Papoose thought that whole setup was forced.
that and still putting things up guy's asses.
Cookiepuss is just poopyhead level corny, it's going to stick for awhile. I think people haven't yet wrapped their minds around "strip naked" and the other homo stuff. It doesn't matter if you matter was cringe worthy as well.
Here's the thing about the Cookiepuss line and keep in mind, I'm a Punk & Rock fan...

Anyhow, it would've been better if he'd just casually just addressed Punk as "Cookiepuss". That way, it would've seemed more disrespectful and less forced.
However, that's not what Dwayne chose to do....
This guy comes down to the ring during a LONG-ASS overrun...doesn't start off with the catchphrases & shyt. He builds it up on some...
"Yo..this is the name that's going to follow you for the rest of your life. Everywhere you go, you won't be able to shake it...."
In his head, he was probably thinking, "Hell yeah... This is about to be that hot ETHER!
I'm about to KILL this clown with this shyt. nikka, WATCH!"
...then he slowly started chanting that shyt and sat back like "Got him."
If that was a Smack/URL battle, you'd have heard a fukking cough in the room followed by someone in the far back going "Nah, bruh...just...just HELL NAH."
shyt was weak as fukk and having seen Rock fleece so many people as a kid, I was like
. It was like watching a rap battle where someone's using straight BARS & deep personals against corny jokes & filler. Real rap wins every time.
Also, Punk wasn't giving Rock ANY kind of space. He was just in his grill like
Not a complete body-bag for Punk but he edged him out 2-1. High points of The Rock's promo were "The people do matter..." and Punk letting him get him with the "It doesn't matter if you matter." Otherwise, dude needs to go back to the drawing board. He can still use his shtick b/c that shyt works but that shyt last night was gabbage.
