Conspiracy Theorist: Domestic Terrorism - Assassination - Race War - Martial Law?

SCENARIO: In response to a "perceived" increase in Black aggression against White people based on media reports White militia members in or around Major American cities shoot up several black schools simultaneously in a coordinated attack, resulting in the deadliest act of domestic terrorism in American history. While seeking to curb racial tensions which would certainly be high, The President of the United States is slain by a White male during the most viewed Presidential address in United States history triggering monumental riots in most major cities across The United States. Numerous incidents of Black on White violence are circulated prompting a White response, mass media begins to label these clashes as a "Race Wars" After several weeks of rioting deaths, destruction of major architecture and businesses in many major cities. The Federal Government institutes Martial law and deploys the United States military to combat and detain large segments of the population in Government funded concentration camps.
