My Xbox controller was drifting like crazy, not even Steam deadzone thingy was helping so I got this bad boy for 22 bucks at Temu:

Controller

It has two back paddles and god damn I'm never going back :wow: mapped one to the whip button in Indy, currently playing Okami and mapped one to the brush and both feel so natural that you would thing it was the default configuration.

Console gamers really fukked up jerking up to the dualsense instead of giving shyt to both Sony and MS about not including two fukking pieces of plastic in their standard controllers and instead only including them in the premium version or as add ons :stopitslime:

Watch then include this in their 80 bucks controller for PS6 and Xbox Series XXX and console retards get a hard on and celebrate this great innovation.

Controllers are expensive. :manny:
I have the Dual Sense Edge and the Elite 2.
I've been thinking about doing a comparison video of the 2 because of how great they both are.

I think the problem with adding back paddles is that it standarizes adding two-four more buttons, which is an accessbility issue. They want more people playing games, not less. Adding more complexity to control schemes is a good way to stave off new gamers.

Thats why you find them on “pro” controllers, because most people simply just don’t want them for most the games they play

That makes absolutely no sense, there's already controllers for disabled people and they don't represent a big enough piece of the pie for a company to make a decision like that.

The reason is greed, plain and simple, the save some cents per controllers and add more value to their premium ones and have a new add on to sale.

I think a lot of people just want them to mimic the face buttons, so they never have to take their thumb off the right stick
What got me stuck on them was not having to click the analog sticks anymore when they already have short shelf lives. Having two more paddles I can map to face buttons is just a bonus

I thought back paddles was just a gimmick until I purchased an elite controller. I think next gen they need to make some type of attachment slot for back paddles. I wouldn't mind paying extra to have back paddles.

Im not talking about accessibility in terms of being disabled in talking about general accessbility to the casual gamer that don’t want more buttons on a controller.
