Colts GM Ryan Grigson Is The 2012 NFL Executive Of the Year - Stampede Blue
Won by just a single vote over John Elway. Put together one of the biggest turnarounds in league history and got 5 starters out of the Colts first 5 draft picks
The Indianapolis Colts now had the Coach of the Year for 2012 Season and The GM of the year Both hired by Jim Irsay, who also made the decision to let Manning go for Luck. Irsay really the best owner in the NFL in my opinion and he deserves a lot of credit for making those two moves
