"who tryna' jump and get it?" is the set up to the metaphor of the airplane which is basically him saying battling him is foolish and a guaranteed loss.
"Your parachute is a latex condom hooked to a dread". How useful would it be to use a condom as a parachute?
Jumping in a battle with Kendrick isn't safe and it's straight up foolish.
I thought his point was pretty easy to follow with the verse but people like to pretend they don't understand Kendrick for whatever reason.
