According to wiki:

Managrer got one year probation and awarded 400k she sued mickydees for not making her aware there were similar hoaxes that took place.

The fiancee plead guilty and got 5 yrs.

the victim was awarded 2.2 millie after suing mcdonalds.

Got acquitted. Cuz both defense and prosecution agreed there wasnt enuf direct evidence.
