How do they decide which athletes they let be announcers and commentators do they have any requirements or do they just pick the player who applies who have the most personality.
It clearly isn't based on stats or status (Jon Barry) or money (Shaq). I'm just wondering because I want to know why any of those guys would be broke like Antoine Walker couldn't he get a gig on espn? I mean some of these guys they have can't put together coherent sentences (The GOAT Emmit Smith)
