I'm in ok shape now, but I plan to get in extra top notch poon moistening shape within the next few months. As some of you may have seen, I'm in the supp game now, (sticky thread) and I will need to look the part, especially if I go to trade shows and such. I got a commitment from PJ Braun to write up a diet and program for me.

I want to see what its like actually getting a diet from a real prep coach. Ill probably be doing some videos and such as I go the the transition from: Flabby and Sick to Happy and Fit. :flabbynsick:

Id like to see what sort of food choices and knowledge I can gain, especially since he will be at my disposal in some aspects from work. Can't hurt and I'll definitely pass on what I learn to you guys.

Right now, he has me taking 1000mg of vitamin c 4x a day to help with my cortisol levels(says it makes a world of difference).

He also has me cutting my sodium back, which I havent started yet.

I told him I was eating crap...He has me pounding water to flush ton of it out from the chinese food I consumed

such high doses of vitamine C a day can lead to adverse consequences...i have sources if you dont believe

Thanks for the concern, I appreciate that. This is not a long term procedure. This is to take care of an issue I am having at the moment. This is far less vitamin C that I am used to when I was eating 3 oranges a day and drinking almost a bottle of simply orange a day.

Luckily the place I buy from is MSG free, I know them personally as I used to be a bus boy there way back. If I eat ramen noodles Ill get a head ache from it sometimes.

I dont eat it much if any, Ive probably had 15 total in the last 23 years of life, but I did have 10 of those in last few months

I got my Diet and routine sent to me today while PJ is away in Australia, its a modified keto diet which is easy for me to do, No cardio for now and a 5 day program. I usually OD the cardio so I will relax with it. My girl also got a plan so she should be joining me in food misery. I plan to get in my last meals of filth this week.
