i remember when i first got kazaa i cant even emphasize on how much i was i just remember finally being able to find rare songs, and just so much exclusive shyt. i would have entire albums and mixtapes on the queue

then i discovered rar files and it was a wrap. i would leave the pc on over night since i had dial up and shyt took forever

then when we got that high speed innanet, it was a WRAP! i was beyond eatin, my local disk was lookin like big pun

the only way i got music before that was either albums from wherever, and mixtapes from a few spots downtown. so making that conversion was like entering a new world.

the warez rooms used to send the files right to your email. a movie would be split up into like 100 emails...put them shyts in your download manager and this was before blank dvds, but this program Fireburner would convert the movie to a VCD file and you could just burn that shyt on a regular cd
