after getting diagnosed with patellar tendinitis, i was told a muscular imbalance in my quads (left quad was looking like captain american before the transformation ) was either the cause of or the result of the injury.
so I decided to go ham on the squats to get my left quad up to par. but whenever i was doing the squats, as i was coming up, i could always feel my weight shifting to my right leg, which would negate the whole point of the squats for me.
so i remembered one time when i was struggling with the bench press (left arm was ) , an old head told me to bench with dumb bells until i evened out my strength in my arms.
tl;dr - would it be benificial to do lunges and concentrate on my left leg, or should i keep trying with the squats
