Ok here it is,

People like Nas, Diddy and Deion will still pay their 20k or so a month.

Marquez that woks minimum wage at burger king will still pay his $200 or so a month.

But, instead of paying it to the child's mother the money will be paid to the government.

The government will then do studies based on Income, Cost of living, where people live and divvy up the money based on this measurement.

So now Kelis will get say 7,000 a month and Marquez baby mom gets $500 a month .

Also now when you put people in jail for failure to pay CS. It won't hurt the kids.

thought? Improvements? Criticism?

I know it's not the greatest plan, but its better than what we have now .

My take on child support.

17% of Both parents income combined divided by 2 for one child, 25% for 2 kids, 33% for 3 kids, 41% for 4 kids, 50% for 5+ kids

So if a chick is making $40,000 and the father is making $60,000, the father has to pay 17% of $50,000

If a chick is on public assistance ($0) and the father is making $50,000, the father has to pay 17% of $25,000

But if a chick is making $80,000 and the father is making $30,000, the father has to pay 17% of $55,000

This will encourage people to find gainful employment.

Can't control gettin' old/being disabled/etc. You can control how many babies you have or if you have them at all. Not comparable.

For you to say your child (a decision that you made and decided to bring into fruition) deserves anther portion of another persons income/another child's support because you can't personally afford to take care of them or you feel the amount your child receives is "unfair" or you can't keep your family together, is stupid. That's your own personal problem because you knew what kind of financial debacle you were getting into when you decided you would have sex.

Social Security is different because a person can't help being born, they can't help growing old/getting sick, etc. A parent is not responsible for their child when they are (the child) +50 years old. But a person CAN help how many children they bring into the world and also consider their financial situation before doing such.

You have welfare, food stamps, housing vouchers, planned parenthood, etc. now your idealizing that people share their child support too? Like, if you're still failing after those points/assistance, then you are just a leech and you're doing life all wrong. In your mind, when do people ever become accountable for themselves and stop trying to make everything a public service?

Once again, SS is retirement it's not about getting sick. Right now you are working to lay for some woman who was a stay at home mom for 40 years .

My questions is what about these 30k a month payments? These CS payments are not being used fur the child they are bring used to finance luxurious lifestyles.

This isn't a bad idea.....but how can we be sure that Marquez baby mama isn't gonna take that extra $300 and buy a new weave or start going to the club more?
