collab: workout routine for wifey.

Her and my girl cousin ( both married & 2 kids ) got a gym membership added on our accounts.

Luckily they the same build. 5'2 ish 125 lbs.

They both want to tone there stomachs, tighten/ lift thier ass. Nothing dramatic tbh.

I want to put something together so they don't waste money and actually enjoy/fulfill the workout.

3/ 4 days a week is ideal.

Of course I can google some shyt, but I rather get some input from my brehs and brehettes.

Keep it simple... make em do abs every day, with cardio and weights every other day. For the weights a full body workout should be good.... again keep it simple.... squats, stiff leg deads, barbell hip thrusts if they really want to get those asses right, and then a push and pull motion (I like incline bench and seated cable rows for women)

Then for abs... weighted crunch machine and maybe planks.
