Everytime im on here, Im redirected to some virus scanner page. Is this site hacked or infected with a virus or something?

There are malicious ads that redirect you to fake anti-virus sites. You should be fine as long as you don't click or download anything once redirected. Usually it's up to the site admin to clean shyt like this up but as we all know the owner of this has disappeared for 2 years now and has not responded to any communication attempts.

That's when the domain registry expires from the host provider. It could easily continue to exist funnily enough the owner just needs to pay to extend the domain registration. If he truly didn't want this site anymore he should have just offered to pass it on to one of the brehs here

there's no way it's not directly affecting SEO and will eventually get the site blacklisted as unsafe
