I wad minding my biz, working out my arms.. and I see these two guys next to me doing jack hammer curls with 17.5 dumbbells and one was throwing the dumbell upto his shoulder and and form was all fukked up...
I spoke with myself to mind my fukking bizness but no, I had to be mr. Muthafukking trainer and gave him a quick tip...dude spoke and sounded like a girl. Dude was gay and his partner started ice grilling me lol...the dude started talking to me and I put my headphones back on and went back to my workout..
The dudes kept looking and smiling, I had to end my workout early and bounced. Never will I give tips to people in the gym, pause.
I hope they dont see me and try being friendly.
