1. Whats the health risk when an obese person walks around in a store but then your face turns rosy red like Santa Claws cheeks? But they aren't sweating or seemingly tired

2. What are fibroids? How black women be gettin them? Are they gross?

(1) sounds like rosacea

(2) fibroids occur in many women , it’s just excessive tissue growth, like a non cancerous tumor. most are benign but it’s best to get a biopsy to make sure it is not cancerous, I’ve had a few removed from my breast

Can't you have numerous surgeries from fibroids and can't have sex or or have uterus removed?

It really depends. A lot of women have hysterectomies because of it but it’s not the sole reason.
