Got some rare jazz this time:



I actually did 3 flips lol. Working on a fourth one too. All three are identical in different ways, just either did the drums differently or flipped a different section:

look up time stretching and you might be able to find the bpm online of the track if its on spotify

I found it (153) but this shyt is all over the place to me.

You try chopping? I'm not much of a loop dude, but chopping actually helps find that perfect BPM while cooking up something brand new out of the sample. Also, slowing the pitch a bit can help find a good starting point to figure out what to create out of the sample.

I was chopping it but got frustrated and had other shyt to do (studying)

I'll try slowing the pitch. I don't sample much and really just switched to logic from Maschine (actually just use both, Maschine as a plugin), so I'm not TOO familiar with sampling in Logic yet

Yeah I know which is why I don’t sample Jazz (rarely sample at all but definitely not nothing as crazy and random as Jazz).

Yeah I tried chopping but just wasn’t feeling it. Im gonna slow the pitch and just chop shyt up I guess
