show is on CNN in a few hours...

anyways,

one drop rule = "black"
various skin tones = "black"
all could sit at the round-table table and eat, obviously bias would change interaction or table manners

anyways there are 33 skin tones.

what is and who is black in america? should the silly paper bag test even apply? and in the grand scheme of things, the color issue is B.S, on drop rule with variety...also "black" is complex, when its stereotypical its limiting...

i hate these shows.... all they do is cause division. What was that previous show with "successful" black woman saying they can't find a black man?.. so they go on national tv.

I'm sure this show will be a bunch of black people claiming other races.

"People in the black community have told me for many many years that within the community there is a struggle over who is black, who is too black, who is not black enough"

its black people who need to be bigger and say she mixed, she sound valley, her mama black and she still still black...

the confusion is she is trying to get accepted by blacks and black aint opening up for her...the bigger cause is true one drop rule...even if she mixed with cac, they wont completely accept her because of their bias...

one drop rule.
33 tones
all black

it works better for black, in the long haul.

One Drop Rule has always applied, what is this debate. To a white person, she is black. You can tell by her hair.

This identification of what is black. According to the black community, Race is starting to become something of an ideology. You have to act a certain way to be black .

It is the black community which are the decisive ones., We are the only race of people who say your skin color is too black (they get lambasted), and your skin is too white (they get ignored) or You don't act black enough.

The white man has planted this seed and we still continue to allow it to grow. :shaq2:

one drop rule
black is 33 tones

look to some in a group, the want to divide and conquer...

black is too complex to be limited in a few ranges

and all with the one drop rule, work together...so indepsite of tone if all share the same moral ideals and are without bias, all can support each other, create opportunities, it does occur even with various tones...

its just as soon some folks hear valley, they wanna mess with her from a distance, put her in a category...while, if she is in an environment and she is being treated like that, obviously she is looking past race/tone, she is in a black poet show and folks saying she is not black...oh well obviously she share the same values or close values. now if she acting better than or not sharing some game from the other sides, she gotta switch up

thats the issue of how immature some cacs have been

I believe you're an idiot. :birdman:

Race is a social construct. That's why the "one-drop rule" exists. If you don't look "white", you can't be considered white regardless of who your parents are.

Because this is America, people born in Egypt are "black" until proven innocent.
