The first case (criminal case) was dropped by the girl’s team. Kobe wrote a letter apologizing to the girl if she personally felt offended at any point during their encounter, but maintained his innocence.they got a letter what he wrote and it seems like he admitted it
This was likely done to soften the blow and make her and her lawyers rethink pursuing a civil suit. In the end, it didn’t work.

I don’t believe it the chick had semen in her from 3 different men in the same day. To me the only thing Kobe was guilty of was screwing trash.
