They ruined a good thing which was Paul Heyman & CM Punk just to try to make a "blockbuster match" between Lesnar and Punk at Summerslam (a ppv thats been 2nd fiddle to MITB since 2010)

Lesnar is a 300lb freak, its not believable at all that 200lb non showering CM Punk could beat him. Theres a reason UFC had Brock in the heavyweight division and not fighting Jose Also

When will WWE learn, Punk is not a good babyface, Its hard to get behind the guy unless he's fueding with John Cena, he never once had a good fued where he was a face


They should have kept Punk heel and just turn some other heels if they wanted to get fresh fueds

I disagree the entire Punk vs Lesnar/Heyman saga is easily the best Feud going in WWE. Especially since the McMahons have decided to leech off of Bryan vs Cena and not let those two cook properly.

Chill bro. Some of those promos drew crickets from the crowd. Pretty good feud but let's not act like it's super over. I don't like Punk's pandering but I guess he kind of toned it down. He should still be a much more bitter face than he is now.

The only problem I have is that they never properly conveyed the fact that there's no way Punk would've been champion so long if Heyman hadn't cheated for him. That would have been the perfect catalyst for his face turn, since he'd want to be the "best in the world" on his own merits, and Heyman would take that as disrespect to THEIR historic title reign.
