CM punk has confirmed that Fox has reached out to him to work in some capacity for them in regards to smack down. No one from WWE has contacted him. He confirms that fox spent over $4.5 billion on SmackDown alone to make it work I want to treat it like a real sport with flashback shows and everything. Basically, it seems Punk is going to be on that FOX show, but he hasn't actually said he was, he just confirmed that he auditioned for it and that FOX is spending a lot of money trying to make Smackdown happen.

So technically the video is right... there are rumors and he is confirming them, but he didn't explicitly say he signed on the dotted line.
