homeboy went to save his girlfriend out her toppled building

:comeon: Their's a Godzillla monster ripping apart lower Manhattan, and that's what you do :rudy:

The movie was :wow: up to that point

My favorite scene was when Lizzie Caplan, the girl, and two guys made a dash to the subway while the army was :bustback: at Cloverfield. When the guy with the camera fell and you got the POV of Cloverfield's face, I said :ohhh::ohmy:. That whole sequence was crazy.

Am, I the only who wouldn't want to be underground while a gigantic monster is in the street going :russ:? :yeshrug:

The marketing for the movie was genius.

Alot of people complained about the shaky camera. I loved ever motion-sickness of it.

:laff:at when they thought they were freed in the helicopter and Cloverfield slapped them back to the ground :smugdraper:

Yeah I was deployed when it came out, and I remember being on shift and looking up all of the secrets in it. It was so much shyt going on with that movie. I'm surprised "Chronicle" didn't have the same type of marketing campaign.

I looked at imdb and saw how much money this movie made but I had never even heard if it until a couple of months ago. I wonder where the hell I was at when it came out. Hell, when people told me Jessica Lucas was in it I assumed it was a failed FX TV show or something.

Its a tough call you either in a building with godzilla-like creatures going H.A.M. or you are underground have to contend with them lil b*stards popping of the large creatures in hordes....... :yeshrug:

The movie though was great, and I didn't mind the sequence with them saving his girlfriend, although I probably would have been gone a long time ago.....

Definitely looking forward to prequel or sequel or both.

Holdup.....I thought that the brown skin chick was East Indian...she was black??? oh ok..she's a mixed black/white Canadian
