C.J. McCollum wins NBA's Most Improved Player award in a landslide

C.J. McCollum increased his scoring by 14 points per game and helped lead the Portland Trailblazers back to the NBA Playoffs. That breakout year led him to be named the league's Most Improved Player in a landslide victory, the league announced Friday.

McCollum earned 101 of 130 first-place votes and 559 overall points to win the award over Kemba Walker, Giannis Antetokounmpo and Stephen Curry

He wasn't a scrub he just finally got the minutes and shots this year with all of the roster defections, dude probably could have put up these numbers last year if given the opportunity.

been called this shyt...I always knew he was a better shooter than dame. He was just stuck behind Wes and Aaron when he got traded. Everyone in the portland media always said he was a better shooter than dame. This isn't the case of Jimmy Butler becoming most improve from doing that no tv no internet summer. CJ just never had a chance. He was this good his second year in the league.
