Really though aside from Luck their roster is complete trash.If you look back Pagano has achieved alot with that team with not so great talent.I don't think he's a bad coach.

TY Hilton, Moncreif, Dorsetta should be among the best wr corp in the league. Defense is where they suck the most, and Chuck needs to caych blame for that. Luck is a moron if he signs a contract extension.

I'm surprised Irsay is as successful as he is outside of football (actually not sure where his money is from). His zero based thinking skills seem to be poor, unless he knows something or has some knowledge of the situation that we aren't aware of, which is highly likely/probable. The perception I got was that Chuck was kind of setting up a pick one situation with him and the gm, but they both got extensions. Sh1t is odd, unless they were working the long con on the fans and media

Pagano isn't really the main issue.

Grigson is. The Colts don't have an offensive line and they have one player on defense who's good.

He's failed the last 3 years in the draft and busted on free agents.

My question is why do people think Pagano wasnt consulted about roster moves. He seemed happy as hell when that Trent Richardson trade was made.

Pagano is a d coordinator that Ray Lewis made. He's a horrible coach. A real coach aint gonna get bullied by an inexperienced gm. Wont happen
