This is a VERY good point. They’re about to start coming after increasingly marginal cases outside of DV cases that are past the statute of limitations (Like Cassie or R Kelly) to come after anyone. He makes the argument that many people dont actually understand what he’s facing and that being in that court will make it harder for them to slip by fast balls of things that shouldn’t normally fly because he is so unpopular right now.
