The thing about his offense that some fail to realize is that there is nothing revolutionary about it. The NFL has gotten use to the spread offense and weird formations. The NFL got their immunizations BEFORE Kelly decided to come to the NFL. And now they have 2 seasons worth of tape to stop it.

He's not even running it like he did in college and I at least give him credit for not drafting a former Oregon QB, and it wouldn't have made a difference if Marriota was selected. The one thing Kelly failed to realize is that in the NFL it doesn't matter what offense you run, if you don't have premium talent, you will eventually get exposed. Which is why he never one a national title in college and why Oregon got exposed in big games.
