ive only heard chino xl say that.
Why would Chino lie? Cause he gave a location where he SAW and spoke to Pac and everything, if Pac wasn't there that's easy to quickly discredit. He also said The Outlawz are his peoples. I saw one of the Outlawz say it in an interview too.
Chino is also backed by some of the most street dudes. Neither side would have really wanted beef over a line that I don't even believe was an intentional diss from Chino, I think it was a misunderstanding. But I understand why Pac took it like that too. But I'm glad they squashed it and were good when he unfortunately passed.
Chino also a Pac fan, he has love for Pac. He's put people on to Pac. He stopped his shyt when Pac died and paid respect. Said he cried when Pac died too.
