Ray Croc in hell pissed rn

They help with all of that butfranchise fee is nothing.
that doesn't include build out costs, rents, marketing fees, vendor fees, royalties, tech fees, payroll, etc, etc, etc.
chick-fila need franchisees more than the other way around lol, hence why the fee cost so little.
then they make a lot of revenue but how much is net.
you gotta factor in all the numbers, not just the fee and the revenue.
but all in all, i'm sure both sides come out on the up. they make good for and have good customer service.
They help with all of that but
1. There extremely extremely picky on who they allow to own one
2. Owner must work at the store
And the owner has to deal with the draconian rules and oversight of a regional manager. Best believe that regional managers are constantly monitoring the performance and customer feedback of a store. They help with all of that but
1. There extremely extremely picky on who they allow to own one
2. Owner must work at the store
