He claims in a book he ran a 4.4 in college (it would have been hand timed, he weighed about 240 at the time and ran track in college). That can't be confirmed and he's known to boast so take it with some salt but with that being said;

Kansas City Chiefs coach Hank Stram hand timed him many years later and he clocked a 4.6 barefoot, at a weight of 290lbs, so maybe the 4.4 is plausible.
