in the first set, I dont remember asking anyone. In 2 and 3 its all people i know, friends or people I was commissioned to shoot.

"Sensitivity

I grew up in the city and I hated it as a kid because there were so many people everywhere, it was overwhelming. Packed buses, streets and subways were the norm and it wasn’t safe, I always had to look over my shoulder. Now that I’m older that anxiety is gone but I’m still always sensitive of what’s around me. That’s why I can usually spot something happening or about to happen from a block away and that’s why when I’m holding the camera I don’t think, I just look and shoot. When you start becoming sensitive about what’s around you, you don’t even really need to think when holding the camera. Just feel, look, and shoot."

Can you expound on what you mean?

Are you referring to possibly getting a negative reaction when photographing other people, but saying fukk it because you felt it at the moment?

About phototography, Ive always liked looking at pictures but I got my first camera a few years ago to take pictures of my car. Then i started taking pictures of other stuff and I started getting some recognition and things started to take off. Its fun....You should try it out. You might be an amazing photographer and not know it yet.

Yeah, I'm still at the point when I take pictures of shyt that catches my eye, I try to avoid having people in them. I find beauty in nature, so I take a lot of pictures of that. People are interesting too, but I'm leery of taking pictures of them. Plus, I don't have a fancy camera, but I think I do ok with my Samsung Galaxy.
