I knew the basics, but god damn Nixon was basically Trump without a green light Dude legit had a private squad of hitters, he was running shyt like a mob boss and I'm not talking about sanctioned CIA fukkery. At least that would have been official

Some tidbits

* Conservative fan favorite G. Gordon Liddy was basically a mob-like lieutenant, actually asked if they needed to assassinate him don't do it in front of his kids
* It wasn't just the Watergate where they got caught, they burglarizing all kinds of shyt and handing out IRS audits to anyone they considered an enemy.
* John Dean has been trying to rebrand himself as the good guy, but he was deep in that shyt from day ONE. I think that audit request was a test to see if he was going to get down with the program

CNN has done a watergate documentary numerous times. You've seen one you've seen them all. They are obsessed with it and brought it up every time during Trump's scandals.

I watched the one last week and the new one this week. In each one they purposely bring up Trump (using Michael Cohen to shyt on Trump and other documentary) to draw connections between Trump and Nixon. Their agenda is so obvious and the mentions of Trump was so unnecessary.

If you going to do a documentary then focus on the subject. Don't start narrative shaping. Even if it's true.
