I had a pack of reeses today. Of course I don't understand this whole cheat day concept. Because if you still eat under calories, would that be cheating? Like if I were to eat that 200 calorie candy in between two 500 calorie meals would that have much effect and be cheating? Since I still would be burning it off before the day is over?
Speaking of candy, now that I'm not going to be working after Wednesday, I'll be snacking on less chocolate and be able to go to the gym more, not like I can't go during the day now anyways.
