im looking to gain a bit of weight this winter however i need help with what food to cook for lunch usually for dinner i eat pasta or rice with ground beef with beans etc but i do not want to eat this for lunch as well because it will get old fast.
What are some good and easy lunch recipe so i can get my cals up? note im a broke student allergic to nuts and dont take any powders.
