Champagne Topped With Canadian Icewine

Just got some for my wifes birthday after a recommendation from a clerk at the LCBO.

Fill half a flute with your choice of champagne and top the rest with ice wine

Something about the extreme sweetness of icewine with the tartness of champagne got the taste buds

Not a wine guy at all but went to Niagara for my birthday last August. Hit up a few of the wineries so decided to try and find one I would like. Ended up tasting an Inniskillin ice wine since I like them sweet and that shyt was heaven.

Didn't even care it was a $60 bottle that was thinner than a popsicle stick.

Waited till Xmas to pop that baby (since you only have 4-6 days to drink it)

So good. I must try this champagne combo you speak of next
