Royal Rumble: Double count out vs Kane in an ultimately meaningless angle but was not entered in the Rumble itself.

Elimination Chamber: Beats Kane in an ambulance match. Wasn't entered in the Chamber.

WrestleMania: Loses cleanly to The Rock

Extreme Rules: Gets his ass kicked for 17 minutes by Lesnar, although he does no-sell the beating and ultimately win in the end.

Over The Limit: Took a kayfabed loss to John Laurinitas.

No Way Out: Beat Big Show in a cage match that got Laurinitas fired, which could have been done without any kind of match whatsoever.

Money in the Bank: Wins the namesake MitB match, only to become the first person in WWE history to cash in the briefcase and fail to win the belt.

Summerslam: Loses a triple threat match for the title against CM Punk and Big Show, continuing his abysmal record against Punk.

I can safely say this has been the "worst' half-year for John in a while. Will the second half bring more of the same, or will he finish strong and win the title? Will we get that long-anticipated heel t--nah, we won't. :to:

...but on the other hand, he's only won 4/8 PPV matches, one of which involved him getting brutalized throughout. I really wish he hadn't no-sold that beating and given his little speech. It would have gone such a long way in legitimizing Lesnar.

Glass half full.

Just means that he gonna get that title back at Wrestlemania. By then it would have been well over a year and some change since he would have held it. But for all we know they may have Cena win it next month in his hometown. But ain't nothing wrong with him losing on PPV this year (even if only one was clean). WWE should focus on developing young talent. Orton ain't dependable Sheamus is already like 34 and probably will never be a crossover star (he's just a natural heel). Cena is like 35 with a pretty extensive injury history. They need some new blood in there to shake things up.

he hasnt had a 'clean' loss, even his WM lost. They twisted it more as cena fukking up more than Rock getting the upper hand

Nah..it was pretty clean. He fukks up and plays alot in matches. Did the same thing in the Wade Barrett burial match when he went over. Or when he no sell offense in 2007 like he was Bill Goldberg and kick the ropes on some "I've had enough" type shyt. He's just a joke all around.

Nobody cares about losing clean or not... a loss is a loss.

How many NOTABLE clean wins do you recall heels getting, unless they were big dominant Brock Lesnar/Mizark/Kane type muhfukkas? Heels cheat. That's what they do.

Only thing about Cena's push is that they have the dude headlinin' over top of everything, whether he's wrestling for the title or not. Crazy shyt is, I figured that since he was in the title match last night, the title match would finally be the last match on the show... but I forgot... there's one man who even Cena plays the background to. :pachaha:
