I think the theory is you can’t show fear and must maintain dominance when dealing with lions.
In theory. These are proud wild beasts with predator written in their dna. Whether or not u show dominance won’t matter if it is just u against them.
That first lion that attack did so because he finally had enough of being made to do monkey tricks. Notice they didn’t really attack the woman even though she was beating on them heavy. It was the guy they wanted and that’s most likely because he was the most aggressive with them in training. Probably hitting them.
We think of these animals as brutes. But they’re not really. They can actually reason.

I feel so ignorant for asking this, but are there lots of zoos in Africa?
You hear so much about parks and safaris and animal preserves. But you never hear anything about zoos or animal circuses.
